Double-hand Poker is a current game with ancient origins. Founded on the old Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the eastern with the west in an excellent game for early level players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the casino, not like most other poker games that gamblers play against other gamblers. By betting against the dealer, new players don’t have to fret about any other, more experienced gamblers winning their money.

An additional Pai Gow advantage is the relatively slow game pace, novices should be able to take their time and plan while not having to make hasty decisions.

It is also simpler to participate in for a very long time with only a little bit of cash after all, to not win, both of your hands needs to be lower than each of the dealer’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the customary 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt 7 cards face up and the croupier gets 7 cards face down.

One five card hand and one two card hand must be made from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be higher than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be higher than the casino’s.
